Hesed House is a place of love and compassion providing services to the homeless. Allowing the guests, staff and volunteers of Hesed House to tell their stories was critical to gaining financial and volunteer support from the community.
Polka Dot Sox employed a video technique which allowed the stories to flow unscripted, allowing each person to express their experiences in a more natural and empathetic manner. Adding pertinent quotes and statistics for the homeless community further pointed up the need for additional funding, volunteers and food pantry donations.
